MANUFACTURING MACHINE

Extruder

The material (Nylon Chip) are placed in the extruding machine, where they are processed into spools. The spool is placed into the machine, which divides in into several lines spools. For Monofilament, We extrude cofoured nylon chip

Twister

Nylon monofilament, multifilament and polyethylene yarns will be fed to twisting machine.

Net Machine

Net Machine can be used for producing nylon monofilament, multifilament and polyethylene nets.

Dyeing Machine

As this stage, the net is cleaned and dyed. Mostly done with Multifilament

Stretching Machine

Stretching Machine Two types of heat-setters perform the functions of stretching the net in a depthwise and a lengthwise direction, heat-setting the knots, and achieving a good knot-to-knot alignment by use of steam.

Q.C.Inspection

This is the final stage before passing onto the packing step, where the product is finally checked.
